Conclusion And Verdict
After looking closely at Allied Real Estate School, we like most of what we see in this real estate school.
When it comes to experience, it’s clear that this school has a long track. Since 1992 they have been creating good content to teach people how to pass the state exams.
We do like the course platform used to deliver the course material. It is very modern and works well. It’s also easy to use and understand.
One of the great things about using Allied Real Estate School to get your pre-licensing education is they offer the “pass or don’t pay guarantee”. This means if you do not pass the state exam on the first try you can get a full refund of the purchase price. This means you risk very little if for some reason you do not pass the exam.
Now, let’s look at some of the downsides to using Allied Real Estate School to get your pre-licensing education.
The course content is not quite as interactive as content you find on other courses. This does not mean the material is not good, it’s just delivered differently than courses such as AceableAgent which we find to be the most interactive of all California or Texas real estate courses.
Pass rates for the Allied Real Estate School are not nearly as high as other real estate schools at 50.28% in Texas. Other schools such as AceableAgent (79.29%) and Colibri Real Estate (62.08%) have much higher pass rates.
If you’re looking to get your real estate license in other states besides California or Texas, then you’re out of luck with Allied Real Estate Schools. They only offer courses for two states.
Overall, Allied Real Estate School is a good school to get your pre-license education. It’s not our first choice as we prefer Colibri Real Estate or AceableAgent. But, as with all real estate schools, there are positives and negatives. But as a whole, we think this school has enough to offer that we can recommend it and feel it will give you what you need to get your real estate education.
